Use once a week. For dry/damaged hair use 2-3 times per week. Work into towel-dried/damp hair from roots to ends. Comb through & leave for 5 minutes before rinsing. For more intense results we recommend leaving in for 15-20 minutes or wrap in a towel for much longer if you have the time.
