- Clean your eyebrows with the Refectocil eye makeup remover to remove any oil or make-up.
- Mix 2cm of the Blonde Bleaching Paste and add 20/25 drops of Oxidant 3% Cream.
- Stir the Blonde Bleaching Paste and Oxidant 3% Cream for at least 2 minutes.
- Mix until the Blonde Bleaching Paste until it becomes creamy. If it doesn't appear to be a creamy paste, add a little more Oxidant.
- Carefully apply to the eyebrows.
- The developing time depends on the result that you wish.
- 5 Minutes of developing time - one shade lighter.
- 12 Minutes of developing time - two shades lighter.
- 20 Minutes of developing time - three shades lighter.
